While these strategies are very useful and free of cost, many of them require us to do some hard work. Each of these strategies can help us reduce our impact on the environment, but these are more cost-effective and convenient than others costing hundreds of dollars.

Thus, in comparing the “free” and “$” options for reducing carbon footprint, the “$” options are more beneficial because they provide more impactful and long-term solutions. In my opinion, the most beneficial option would be the “$” option and investing in renewable energy projects will be beneficial and feasible for individuals in households and businesses.

We can start saving energy from our home itself, and later can implement these things on a much wider scale at the societal level, then at the city level, then the district level, and finally at the country level and global level. Consider how your individual changes can impact global climate change efforts.

Therefore, it is crucial for individuals to take responsibility and make conscious choices in their daily lives towards reducing their carbon footprint.
