Project management is a method of setting and achieving goals. It is the process of organizing, planning, and forecasting that how these goals will be achieved. Construction industry

The construction industry always needs construction project managers. Even in the time of crisis countries need to build homes for the population and provide infrastructure. Construction companies always have complex and critical projects. When there is an authority required who can make critical decisions in less time and when superiors are not available, project managers are required to take decisions to keep work running (Yang et al., 2017). IT industry

IT Project managers are responsible for planning for IT services and products. Most of the project managers in IT field work from home and this facility is benefitting women project managers who do not have to travel to work to manage projects and can work remotely. IT is a good field for project managers having interest in IT and Tech as in this field they have to interact with technologies like IOT, Artificial intelligence and handling large critical data from different industries.

Lawyers and Attorneys

The third best industry for project managers is the lawyers and attorneys. Project managers are in the legal services area are involved with making the budget and ensure that legal services are delivered to the public efficiently. As legal services is a critical field, this industry needs project managers to ensure that workflow doesn’t disturb, which is the primary aim of legal services providers. Project managers in this industry will have to work side by side with specialists of the field, so they have to gain basic knowledge of the legal services to understand the procedure and plan the progress they have to deliver.
