The 21st century is the era of globalization, and it is highly important to be convincing in More than one economy and one organization respectively. Two concepts of the company in different cultures and workforce force of different cultures in the same company follow side by side. People from different cultures, races, genders and languages are getting closer to improving the productivity of an organization. It is an interesting question of how global sufficiency passes to the management. Ampleness between the companies concluded the cutting expenses and reduced time (Kernaghan).

Why The Research Is Important

Workplace diversity can reduce cases and expansion, advancing openings, selection, creativity, and business picture. In a period when adaptability and creative energy are keys to control, diversity is the explanation behind the flourishing of the association. Additionally, the outcomes (loss of time and cash) ought not to be overlooked. Affiliations utilizing a substitute workforce can supply a more unusual blend of answers for issues in advantage, sourcing, and scattering of advantages.

The purpose of the research study undertaken is to estimate the effect of diversified labor on the overall productivity of an organization (Sheehan). Moreover, the study also estimates the importance of advanced technology in boosting the efficiency of labor and the organization. In the last part of the study, the author will estimate the importance of ethics on the overall performance of the company respectively.

  • Does ethics have any significant impact on the performance of an organization or not?
  • How a manager has diversified labor work better than another manager?
  • What are the problems in working with people from different genders and cultures?
  • What kind of ethical discussions do clients have about advertising, and with whom?

Expected Outcomes

It is expected that the positive and significant real; township will m be estimated between the different variables. A company with the advanced technology will have the better outcomes. Moreover, the diversity of labor will also be expected to increase the productivity of an organization. Lastly, the ethical organizations will be expected to produce more than the other companies.

Ethical Consideration

There were some ethical considerations that had to be made in this study. Most, if not all, of the participants are professionally well-known and are bound by confidentiality agreements not to reveal proprietary information. At the same time, they were asked to be as candid as possible. To help ensure the possibility of candor as well as the ethicality of this study, every attempt was made to respect the rights, values, and opinions of the participants. Every effort was made to ensure that their comments were anonymous and unidentifiable. This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB), and each participant provided informed consent as evidenced by a signed consent form (Sheehan). As stated earlier, all questions were shared with them beforehand. The final study was also shared with them to ensure they were not misquoted.
