Question 1

Cardiovascular disease is the class of diseases that involved heart and blood vessels. These diseases also include the ailments related to the coronary artery as well as angina and other infarction related diseases. Most of the times, the narrowed down or the blocked blood vessels are likely to cause a heart disease such as chest pain or stroke. Some other heart conditions that involve valves and rhythm are also included in it and they belong to the group of the cardiovascular disease. They are caused by accumulation of fatty deposits inside arteries.

Myocardial infarction is other name for the heart attack. It occurs when the blood flow declines or there is stoppage to its heart. These issues cause damage to the heart muscle. Most of the times, the most common symptom for the heart disease is the pain in the heart that might eventually travel to the shoulder, arm , back and other parts of the body. It is a life threatening disease that is likely to cause heart and tissue damage.

Kwashiorkor and marasmus have some fundamental differences. The key difference is that while kwashiorkor talks about the protein deficient when there is sufficient energy intake. On the other hand, and marasmus is the inadequate energy intake that is witnessed in more or less all the forms. Kwashiorkor occurs when people have severe deficient of protein while on the other hand; the marasmus is about inadequate energy of all types.

Fatty red meats as well as the whole milk products that one gets to see in the market are bad proteins. They are being termed so due to the fact that the content of the saturated fat that one gets to see in these proteins is on the other side as compared to the other sources. Bad proteins on the other hand are the ones that are included in Salmon and fishes that include omega 3 fatty acids and most of the times, the sodium content that one gets to see in these proteins is on the lower side.

The nitrogen or the amino acid pool is the one that is the grand mixture of the amino acids that are available in the cells that are derived from the dietary sources that witnessed when there is degradation of the protein. These pools are important due to the fact that these proteins are not stored in the body and there is constant turnover of the protein. The amino acids pool contains the whole free amino acids that are available in body.

The most problem that is faced by the vegans is that the plant diets do not have the right amount of protein. To make sure that the vegans are able to make up for this deficiency they have to opt for varied sources of diets. A well rounded diet would go a long way towards the resolution of this deficiency.
