How your GPA is calculated
Each grade is converted into points and multiplied by the course credits. Divide the total quality points by the total GPA credits.
Example:
45.30 ÷ 13 = 3.48
For a cumulative GPA, previous quality points are calculated from your previous GPA and credits, then added to the new semesters. Previously rounded GPAs can make the result an estimate.

Full scale and percentage conversion
Percentage mode uses this example scale. Adjust your entry to your institution’s letter grade if its cutoffs differ.
