The policy proposal to enact is the compulsory career guidance for the girls. This is a policy entailed at ensuring that all the girls are encouraged to take at least a career in their life, making it their right.
I expect that the policy will get the necessary support from the rest of the congress members so as to become a law and help in the eradication of the female illiteracy as well as unemployment. The outcome will have more of the girls in the United States joining the various colleges and completing their careers. Therefore, the policy will ensure that the rate of school drop trend reduces in the entire country. Also, the policy will ensure that more women get dignified jobs based on the respective careers that they take. There would, therefore, be a gender balance both in the public and the private employment sectors.

I feel that Marcy Kaptur would the best mc top sponsor the bill in the congress. This is because she has sponsored similar bills in the past and thus has a deeper understanding of the need to fight for the women’s education. In addition, Marcy Kaptur is a woman and thus would feel excited to fight for the educational rights of the fellow women. She is also one of the most talkative members of congress and thus will have an easier time convincing the rest of the members on the need to pass the bill. Marcy Kaptur is said to have been 5th among the most frequent speakers in congress in the year 2017. She beats the odds by being a woman of substance and one who comfortably arises to defend the rights and the privileges of the other women in the United States.

Marcy Kaptur is a democrat. This could be the reason that she is mostly opposed to trump policies, due to the party differences existing between them. The democrats are in the opposition of the government that is in power, trump’s administration. Many are the times that she, in as a democrat, crush with the republicans on the ruling side.

Marcy Kaptur supported the Girls Stem bill that required the director of NASA to motivate and encourage more girls to take up the science courses so as to compete favorably in the men-dominated field (Master n.p). Marcy Kaptur has also been in support of the Obama care and as she sites its ability to incorporate all people in the provision of affordable and quality healthcare. She has therefore been a fierce objection to the trump care proposal. Marcy Kaptur was quite vocal in the bill supporting the engaging of ladies in the science fields. She fought through the opposition and had the bill captured into a law that today serves the country and has seen more women taking the science courses.

The compulsory career guidance for all the girls in the United States would be of great interest to Marcy Kaptur. This is because the proposal relates effectively to the girls stem bill that she has supported in becoming a law. The proposal aims at further supporting the increase of literacy levels of women in the United States. In addition, it aims at ensuring that more women acquire the necessary education to get better employment opportunities. For this reason, she would be quite excited to take part in the promotion of the girl child education.
