I expect that the policy will get the necessary support from the rest of the congress members so as to become a law and help in the eradication of female illiteracy as well as unemployment. The outcome will be that more girls in the United States will join various colleges and complete their careers. Therefore, the policy will ensure that the trend of school drop is reduced throughout the country. Also, the policy will ensure that more women get dignified jobs based on the respective careers that they take. There would, therefore, be a gender balance both in the public and the private employment sectors.

I feel that Marcy Kaptur would be the best MC to sponsor the bill in Congress. This is because she has sponsored similar bills in the past and thus has a deeper understanding of the need to fight for women’s education. In addition, Marcy Kaptur is a woman and thus would feel excited to fight for the educational rights of her fellow women. She is also one of the most talkative members of Congress and thus will have an easier time convincing the rest of the members of the need to pass the bill. Marcy Kaptur is said to have been 5th among the most frequent speakers in Congress in the year 2017. She beats the odds by being a woman of substance and one who comfortably arises to defend the rights and privileges of other women in the United States.

Marcy Kaptur is a Democrat. This could be the reason that she is mostly opposed to trump policies, due to the party differences existing between them. The Democrats are in opposition to the government that is in power, trump’s administration. Many are the times that she, as a Democrat, crushes with the Republicans on the ruling side.

Marcy Kaptur has also been in support of the Obama care and as she sites its ability to incorporate all people in the provision of affordable and quality healthcare. She has therefore been a fierce objection to the trump care proposal. Marcy Kaptur was quite vocal in the bill supporting the engaging of ladies in the science fields. She fought through the opposition and had the bill captured into a law that today serves the country and has seen more women taking the science courses.

In addition, it aims at ensuring that more women acquire the necessary education to get better employment opportunities.
