If you have a proper planning and managing team, you will achieve the maximum with minimum resources, and if a lot of resources are not adequately planned or managed, you will face many problems. Planning and management play an essential role. If you are well prepared and in control, you cannot meet a challenge when you give practical shapes to your ideas.

Resource planning is the systematic planning of an ongoing process according to the resources and their demand. If there is proper management of a particular resource, it will play an essential role in fulfilling the project. Funds may be human resources and financial resources; in any program, human and financial resources play a vital role (Correia, Dussault and Pontes, 2015). Planning and management is a process that bridges the resource needs of an organization to a particular plan for which these resources are required. Human resources refers to the specialized staff needed for an organization’s specific project. Human resource planning plays a vital role in the project, as financial resources play a role in any project. Well-planned human funds play a crucial role in the success of planning (Kerzner, Kerzner, 2017). When an organization does not have well-defined human resource management and planning, it will face many problems in achieving its goals and objectives.

If human resources are not well planned and managed, they influence the effectiveness of health sectors or hospitals; in contrast, there is a direct relationship between health and population, and that relation is very close (Correia, Dussault and Pontes, 2015).

To achieve the desired goals, you need to have a proper team that will help you achieve them. In team building, human resources play a vital role(Kerzner, Kerzner, 2017).  Planning helps any organization to think realistic and avoid idealism. When you have a proper plan, you know about your weaknesses and the intense focus on which you rely.

You need a scientific process to achieve your desired goals and objectives. You need work in accordance to the availability of resources, every organization have different purposes and have various resources. To attain your desired target, you need a well-planned procedure through which you achieve the goals and objectives that are necessary for you. Planning puts you in a position to succeed within a particular resource that you have. Without a proper plan, it is not possible for you to achieve your objectives with specific or limited human and financial resources(Kerzner, Kerzner, 2017).

Another important and independent factor in your planning is the community. Community or volunteer factors play a vital role in your plan, which is uncontrolled. You may have good ground-oriented planning, but you cannot find this factor. This factor has a high impact on the planning, and in achieving your goals and objectives, you cannot control them. Only make policies on how to limit this factor.

Effective Resource Management And Good Budget Skills

Resource management plays a vital role in planning how to achieve your desired goals and objectives. When you are planning any goals, the budgetary factor or financial resources play an essential role. You need to plan to achieve your goals or objectives within a defined or limited budget or with your own resources. Planning plays a vital role in achieving your objectives within the allocated budget. Management of resources or budget is an essential part of the plan. You need to control that during your planning (Correia, Dussault and Pontes, 2015).

Resources play a vital role in achieving the goals. You have limited human and financial resources, but you have many objectives. When you have fewer resources and more objectives, you need proper planning and management of the funds to achieve your goals with limited resources. Adequate planning and resource management plays a vital role in the mission (Kerzner, Kerzner, 2017). When you have a well-planned mission or targets in which you have a realistic policy, it will help to achieve your goals or objectives.

Resources play a central role in management, when you manage a program event or task, first of all you ha resources what is your capability. Your planning and management move around the funds. When you manage your particular resources according to the objectives and tasks, it will help you during the work. There are two main types of resources that play a vital role in achieving your goal and getting more attention during mange and planning: human and financial resources. After planning, you make a policy that meets your objectives according to your resources (Correia, Dussault, and Pontes, 2015).

The Relationship Between Planning And Management:

There is a very close relationship between management and planning. Planning and management play an essential role in the smooth running of any organization. Any organization need planning and management for their stable running. Organizations have some objectives for they can work and achieve these objectives; organizations require planning and management (Correia, Dussault and Pontes, 2015). The organization plans some real tasks and missions and completes these objectives; there is a need for proper management to help achieve these objectives. Without adequate control, it is difficult to achieve your planned objectives, goals, or tasks (Kerzner, Kerzner, 2017).

Most of the time, you plan objectives for the organization, but it is difficult without planning to achieve these objectives. Because there is a difference between your goals and resources, and you need to meet your purposes, it is important that you correctly manage your funds. If you cannot successfully handle the resources that you have, it is too complicated to achieve your objective within a particular resource (Correia, Dussault and Pontes, 2015). Planning and management also play an essential role when you are an individual working in a team or an organization. The purpose of planning and management of resources cannot be minimized.

Accountability And Responsibility In An Organization:

The main difference between accountability and responsibility is that responsibility can be shared with others, but liability cannot be shared with anyone. If you have a response from an organization, you may divide it with your subordinate to do this job, but you are accountable before the absolute authority. That cannot be a divide. There is a very close relationship between accountability and responsibility in the appropriate use of resources (Correia, Dussault and Pontes, 2015). It is the responsibility of the planning and management committee to make such a policy that can help to achieve the objectives of the organization, but if there is a case that goals cannot be met, only the planning committee will be accountable before the higher authority (Baumann et al. 2016).

Budgetary Restriction In The Current Fiscal And Political Climate

Budget plays an essential role in any public policy. When a government has resources, it creates systems that help the public. When a government faces a shortage of finance, it may cut the developmental budget to meet the primary needs and requirements of the public.

Many factors can influence the decision-making process when you are managing healthcare funding; health is an expenditure of the government, and the government cannot have any profit from it. There are many factors that influence decision-making (Baumann et al. 2016). The lack of financial resources pushes the government to minimize health funding. Many times, the government has focused more on defence and other sectors, and they reduce or cut the funds of the health department (Correia, Dussault and Pontes, 2015).

Conclusion

Planning and management of resources play an essential role in the smooth running of any organization. When you plan some objectives or goals for that, this organization can take the next step that is required. Mostly, you have limited resources and unlimited needs and requirements. You need a well-planned goal and the management of the funds. If you have a well-planned target but do not have the management of resources, you cannot achieve the required objective. To attain well-planned goals, you need control of your resources. If you cannot properly manage your resources, you can face many problems while achieving your objective.

Planning and management of resources can play an essential role in hospitals. If you do not manage the hospital’s resources, either human or financial resources, you face many problems during the performance of your duties. When you cannot accurately plan and manage the resources, you face a shortage of funds, you cannot achieve your objectives, and you cannot provide a patient-friendly environment in the hospital.
