Who are you as a business professional?

Integrity, teamwork, innovation and strategic thinking the foundation of my professional value proposition. As a professional in the business World, I am obligated to take my company to the next level, I also plan to do it by the following ideas outlined sabove. I have the first and foremost right to increase openness and honesty in all my dealings as a business professional. As a business professional, I must communicate with my coworkers and team members since my words can make or ruin our reputation. My integrity standards as a business professional define my dedication to open communication and fair transactions. I can treat my clients and coworkers with honesty and dignity in all of my business because of my high moral standards. A lack of integrity can cost me, by losing the trust of my business partners which can be disastrous for my company. Moral assertions must be workable. To be trustworthy, you must oppose unethical behavior or put long-term honor ahead of immediate benefit. Standing up to wrongdoing is a sign of integrity.

In today’s cutthroat marketplace, industries widely embrace innovation to thrive, survive, and gain an edge. My unique selling offer is rooted in my enthusiasm for creative problem-solving. One core belief supporting my willingness to take risks in the business sector is that failure is not an option. To succeed in business, I am constantly encouraged to try new things and to take calculated risks. I have become a catalyst for change in my client’s company by giving in to my enthusiasm for new ideas. We work in a lot of competition, so every company must develop strategies to ensure its survival and success. In addition, since businesses today are constantly changing, being adaptable and innovative is crucial. Success in innovating and leading in the competition has been directly characterized to my out- of-the-box thinking and willingness to try new ways of approach and concepts. If you and your organization are open to new ideas, you may be able to solve problems and discover untouched markets. They are a great way to advance your company.

My value proposition is grounded on teamwork and collaboration. As a business professional, I cannot succeed independently; thus, I need others to succeed. Hence it is essential to embrace teamwork and collaboration. Therefore, I am committed to developing strong relationships with my clients and team members to achieve the goals and objectives. Teamwork and cooperation call for me to be a substantial communicator and listener, valuing the diverse perspective within my profession and constructive feedback. If we work together on this endeavor, we can do far more than alone. As a team leader and relationship builder, I use my skills to inspire and empower my followers. I oversaw project management, risk management, growth and transformation initiatives, and employee engagement in the private and governmental sectors. As a leader, I can identify talented people and motivate them to open up, work together, and share information.

How do you want others to describe (this is your audience) your professional practice?

As a business professional, I would like my clients and teammates to address me respectfully and with the characteristics I possess as I do things. I would like to be addressed as a strategic business professional. My education, work experience, and personal qualities make me invaluable asset in strategic business consulting. Since am well adopted in business and strategic thinking, I can note a company’s weakness and devise effective solutions. When approached with a challenging business issue, I can reason to find a solution also I can analyze data and simplify reports for a wider audience (Chow & Kakabadse,2020). Because of my keen strategic insight and market foresight, I can help my customers capitalize on advantageous business possibilities before their rivals. I accomplish this by anticipating and seizing profitable opportunities. Having planned, implemented, and evaluated several strategies, I know what best achieves one’s goals. Hence my clients and teammates should address me as a strategic leader.

I can help enterprises reach their maximum potential by understanding the importance of cooperation and collaboration. Building bridges between groups and encouraging them to work together is a strength of mine. I’ve been able to help the company out in sticky situations thanks to my people skills and represent the company in high-stakes networking and relationship-building cases. I’ve come a long way in each of them. I encourage acceptance of one another’s differences and cherish them. As I oversee day-to-day operations, honest criticism and ongoing enhancement are crucial. By analyzing processes and making appropriate adjustments, I can produce desirable outcomes. I like to think big picture, be inventive, and bring together disparate groups of people. I can consider the perspectives of stakeholders, customers, and staff when making choices and taking action. Hence, I would love when my clients and team members address a good team leader.

I would like to be addressed as an innovative business professional. I constantly strive to improve myself. I adopt a creative leadership style. I hope to achieve this by refining my original ideas, strategic planning, and risk assessment skills. I can analyze and evaluate innovative ideas and incorporate them into my work to help the organization reach its objectives. I am a practical and ingenious; therefore, I can handle ant tasks. Find creative answers to the company’s most pressing problems and implement them (Sepasi et al.,2021). Continually fulfilling their needs. I can collaborate and think critically to identify viable answers to problems. My oral and written communication abilities are among the finest in the industry. Hence this allows me to share the news about their innovative ideas to a wider audience than my coworkers. Am adept at simplifying complex concepts for laypeople.

Emotional And Creative Intelligence

Emotionally intelligent, creative, and logical leaders tend to do well. Leadership success calls on a wide range of skills and character traits. Leaders need to tune into their emotions intuitively to encourage their followers to stick with them. Leaders require creativity and flexibility to keep their people happy. As a leader, I can build teams, inspire my followers, and keep lines of communication open because of my high emotional and creative intelligence. I, too, am capable of constructing an educational environment (Rivers et al.,2020). Those who are emotionally intelligent are in tune with their own emotions, those around them, and the world. It might be challenging to meet their requirements without understanding how others feel about a particular situation. It is not easy for a leader to predict what everyone’s teammates need; hence I am always careful with articulating my words and expressing my feelings not to hurt my clients and teammates. I try to hear the other person out in tense situations before responding. In my office and my team, everyone plays an important part. Hence this allows me to aid those in need and provide them a safe place to flourish.

Understanding and correctly addressing the emotions of those around me is another hallmark of emotional intelligence. Providing employees with a supportive environment in which they can grow is crucial because the efficiency and spirit of teams are crucial to the progress of enterprises. Hence, motivating people to succeed is crucial (Goleman,2021). I can meet the needs and preferences of everyone on my team because I am empathic, adaptable, and quick to act. Hence, it can foster genuine, long-lasting relationships, fostering trust and cooperation. I also make an effort to keep my creative mind active so that I can make innovations that benefit everyone. To develop an innovative and creative working environment, I often solicit my teamwork and clients’ feedback and support them in any creative and unconventional work they engage in. Trying new things helps individuals pave more ways of innovation and creativity in business that would not have been conceivable without the data we now have at our disposal (Rivers et al.,2020). As a business professional, I try new things and creative techniques to solve business problems and create SMART goals for an organization.

The growth of my creative and emotional faculties has made me a more effective leader. So, I have been able to impact my environment in ways that promote my goals and growth. My past experiences and education have equipped me with the interpersonal and cognitive abilities to collaborate to achieve shared objectives. Hence, I’ve been able to devise unique solutions to the problems my team and I have been confronting. Therefore, I can now examine challenges from multiple perspectives and offer innovative solutions. A strong leader must be both intelligent and sympathetic. Using these skills helps individuals and societies achieve success.

Describe how your artefact describes the above points of reflection and how it demonstrates your PVP

My professional value comes from honesty, teamwork, innovation, analytical thinking, and strategic planning. These are the foundation of the artifacts. Every business professional’s role is to ensure that the business is a success. The proposal shows my strategic thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. My ability to communicate concisely made it easier for others to understand my thoughts. Because I took a forward-thinking approach to the project and wanted to alter the world, the proposal shows my leadership. My artifact conveys that I am a forward-thinking, strategic, ethical, and results-oriented business executive committed to a better future for myself and others. My artifact speaks this. You believe leaders need cognitive, emotional, and creative intelligence. Creative and logical leaders can keep their people happy and solve problems creatively, while emotionally savvy leaders can motivate their followers by tuning into their emotions. Emotionally intelligent leaders employ this. You can establish teams, inspire others, and keep communication open because you have these traits.

My present position as a business professional involves assisting with promoting and rolling out a brand-new product. I was hired as the team captain. The new product launches were not straightforward and required extensive planning to ensure success (Chowdhury,2020). I foresaw the problem that would have arisen and planned to help alleviate it using my expertise in strategic planning. With BI, I could spot patterns and figure out what kind of advertising would be most effective. In addition, I created inclusive marketing strategies that would appeal to many consumers (Rickaby et alk.,2020). Market research is another tool that I used as a strategic leader to promote new products. They can learn more about the wants and needs of the intended market and the elements that influence purchasing decisions. Now that they have more information, they can advertise the product more effectively.

The new product’s marketing and launching would not have succeeded without enhancing teamwork and collaboration. Working together as a team is crucial to the development of a new product, which is something I’ve learned as a business professional. Teams must collaborate to increase communication, feedback, and focus. The many teams and departments engaged in the product launch can better communicate and establish common ground by working together on initiatives (Chowdhury,2020). Regular project reviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and promptly resolving complaints are also necessary. Staff members are more invested in the product’s success when they have a sense of mutual regard and camaraderie. Collaboration enable individuals to provide feedback and suggestions that can be incorporated into the final output. The group can work together to solve issues and implement recommendations. Working together across departments streamlines workflow and improves readiness for product rollout.

Emotional intelligence may be the key to a successful business strategy. Business experts can read clients, coworkers, and suppliers and influence them to develop and promote a product. Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify, assess, and affect one’s and other’s emotions (EQ) (Rivers et al.,2020). Acknowledging and responding to people’s feelings requires empathy and an appreciation for their interests, views, and connections. It considers emotions’ role in facilitating or impeding discussion and choice. The success of a new product depends on the expert evaluation of how customers will feel about it. A business expert adept at reading and responding to emotions can use customer feedback to improve products and make more informed business decisions. A business professional, for instance, might learn what features of product customers find most valuable and use that information to improve the product or the advertising strategy.
