Statement of Purpose
Appropriate selection of the career at the right time is the key to success in life for any individual. It is important to consider many critical aspects related to the paradigm of academic choice. Today it is my major concern as I decided to take admission in graduate school with the main subject of supply chain management. I choose this particular subject because it helped me to formulate different business strategies about my mother’s business. As for as I got familiar with the major areas of supply chain management, it provides me with a clear indication to pursue my career in the field of management.
My degree of bachelor in Business Administration was immensely helpful for me as it provides me with a direction to take necessary strategic steps to expand our family business. The prospect of diversification of our product ultimately helps us to maintain the necessary amount of our stock which enhance the range of our customers. Undoubtedly, it was the one smart business move which I learned through the subject of business administration. The immense level of effectiveness of business studies in my life encourages me to consider the field of supply chain management to further utilize this knowledge in my career as I want to establish my own business since childhood.
The consideration of master degree in supply chain management is crucial for me as it is the only way to learn essential business techniques which will be helpful for me in the establishment of my business. My effective performance at the position of US Navy Supply Officer also assists me to understand different critical aspects related to product modification and enhancement. The overall prospect of the supply chain management also crucial for me as I am recently designated for the position of Supply Petty Officer of my division. I believe that deep knowledge of the subject of supply chain management will ultimately help me to learn more about different forms of logistics to enhance the overall effectiveness of the product.
