What was Going on in 400 Years Back?

Living in the old years was a challenge for both Americans and Africans. A lot of problems and issues were experienced in the continents. The people living 400 years back experienced Renaissance and could foresee the Commercial Revolution. The culture of the people or Africa entailed tribes led by kings and queen. Furthermore, princes and princesses took a major control in the leadership of African continent. The activities of the time involved complications of human trafficking. It expressed a sense of colonialism. The author of “The story of Jubei Yagyu,” notes that many slaves got exported from Africa to other parts of the world. Virginia in America hosted many colonies.

Japan also hosted the colonies during the 400 years back. Writers referred the colonial system as shogun. The period comprised of strong class differences. The shogun system relied on loyalty and respect to the authority. Emperor ruled at the top position leadership. During the time of 400 years, the emperor ruled Japan. The administration appeared like genealogical in that the leader left he position to the people related to the family. It happened that even the children could become emperors because it was passed to the next person in the lineage. During the times, the leader acted as the symbol of unity in the community. Naturally, what happened in the years of 400, is the genealogical type of leadership with lots of mistreatment of the citizens. During the old days, Samurai warriors protected the citizens of Japan. During such moments, the Samurai secured the land and could cougar other communities and acquire new land. There existed poem competitions and needed for the education of the young generation. The Samurai group engaged in such teachings.

Europeans fought during the times of 400 years. The warriors used swords with their shoulders facing each other. The sword construction had short blades with sharp tips. The kind of fighting differed from that of Samurai in that the Samurai’s fought facing each other, face to face. The old times reminds us of times when Europeans used the swords tailored for puncturing and stabbing. Contrary, the Samurais used swords modeled for slashing and dismembering or chopping legs and arms. The sword used by the Samurai had long blades with a slightly bowed shape. During those days, the guys used finely sharpened swords to fight because they were designed for chopping via the human flesh. “The story of Jubei Yagyu” depicts an array of fighting activities that happened in the area during the old days.

Moreover, people died because of fights. Battles occurred leading to loss of children and women. People committed murder themselves. Despite the killings experienced in the region during the era of 400 years, some individuals like Jubei did not like killing people. Killings happened, but he failed to kill the enemies. Such behavior express existence of some human begins with humanity and wisdom. Jubei expressed administrative wisdom during the old days. Such behaviors show that there existed people with humanity practices. The people feared the famous battle men like Jubei. Such behaviors showed respect for leadership and authority. During the old days, Jubei maundered the competitors to retain the jurisdiction. People of those times practiced farming because it is evident that we learn that Tokyo engaged in fishing and rearing of rabbits. The people of the olden days used to kill others and practice farming. The activities helped them to get money to use in their daily activities. During the killings, people used to kill within the line of duty. It showed obedience to the elders.
