In the modern globalized world today, the education system of any country is considered as the important part of its social and economic growth. Many developed and developing nations are focusing on their education system to enhance and improve it. The education system is just like the basic foundation for any country in which many things related to growth are based. Education system improves and develops the credibility’s, abilities, learning, and skills of the students in any country. The education system is a source of learning in which an individual learns new knowledge through the study. Education makes a person strong and able to deal with the world. It enhances and improves the knowledge and makes able to mitigate the challenges of the world.
The countries which are having the most number of people who are literate are the leading countries of the world today. Literacy makes a person valuable to the society, community and the country. Any literate person who can read and write is an important asset for the country. In the global world today, human capital is one of the most important national resources for any country. The education system is not the same in every country of the world, but it varies from country to country. The developed nations are applying the best methods, techniques, and wealth into their education system to increase their literacy rate. Every country is trying to put their best efforts into their education system according to their level of resources (Tripathi, 2014). For example, in the United States of America, the government and related institutions are providing resources and wealth to the education systems just to increase and enhance the level of education of the national citizens.
In the last decade, the education attainment level increase especially in the adult’s age range between 35 to 29 years old. The percentages of the people who get high school diploma also increased from 88 to 92 percent approximately. The percentage of the people who gets the associate degree also increased to more than 45 percent. The bachelor degree rate increased to 36 percent, and the master’s degree percentage increased to more than 8 percent entirely (The condition of education in 2017, 2017).
Education is not the same in the previous eras, but it changed in every era just to make it better for the people. The education system has several levels including the school, high school, college and university level. School and high school level are the basic and initial level of the education. When an individual succeeds at the school level, he joins college level to enhance and improve the education level. After succeeding in college-level individual join university to make his education level more valuable and improved. Schools are the basic level of education whereas the university level is the most advanced level of education.
In the past, school education in many countries was considered as the appropriate and enough education for the people, but now college and university level are the advanced and successful levels of education for the people. In the last decade, the rates of educational attainment increased in the adults and the percentage of people who had received the school education was also increased in the United States. School education increased from 88 to 92 percent; college degree education increased from 29 to 36 percent and university degree education increased from 5 to 9 percent in the country (The condition of education in 2017, 2017).
Education system always improved and get better with the time. The countries always apply new techniques, methods, and ideas which are trending to enhance and increase the level of education in their country. Moreover, the countries learn from the previous experiences and apply the methods which are according to the current needs of the education system. Education is just like an experiment that applies previous experiences with the awareness of current needs to reflect an expectation of what society as a whole will need from the university graduates shortly. The modern societies, communities, and countries are now expecting more graduates at the university level.
In the 21st century today, the demand for the university graduates are increasing and now numerous university providing scholarships to the students which are not able to join universities due to lack of resources. In the United States of America, the university education is spreading all over the country, and many graduates around the world join the US Universities just to avail best learning opportunities which are providing by the US Universities. University education is important which enhance, develop and improve the knowledge of students and make them able to compete in the world challenges competently. University graduates are more important than the school and college graduates due to the modern requirements of education and need of the international job markets. University graduates experience the improved and research-based knowledge which makes them able to join best and leading organizations and companies of the world.
The best, leading and reputable organizations and industries prefer the university graduates for the jobs because they are more valuable than any other graduates. The university graduates are the most important and valuable resource of the country which are leading assets for the development and growth of the country. The university graduates are competent enough to join leading companies which enhance and increase the economic growth and development of the country.
In the 21st century, education is rarely set up merely to serve and perpetuate only its ideals. Education is now serving the country in the best possible ways. Higher education is providing several benefits to the country. The benefits include not only the best economic outcomes but also the best social structure of the society. Education level impacts greatly on the society and makes it better with time. Higher education is now becoming an asset which is necessary for the social and economic development. It ensures the economic mobility and gives many economic advantages to the country.
The well-educated people and university graduates are the boosters for the economic growth. Now due to high competition in the national and international markets, the university graduates are needed for the growth of the country. Today the international markets need the best well educated and skilled people for their workforce due to the high competition in the global markets. In the United States of America, the leading organizations are requiring skilled and best-educated workforce for their organizational growth and development. That is why the country is focusing on the higher education level and its quality. The country is working to enhance and increase the level of higher education to ensure the best possible outcomes. The government of the country is trying to apply best possible methods on the higher education system and ensuring its accessibility to the people.
The higher education is focusing on the advanced level of education which could give desired possible outcomes. In the United States, the economic returns to the higher education are high and give way to best possible economic mobility to the individuals (The Economics of Higher Education, 2017). Public sector colleges and universities are providing quality education level to its students and ensuring the best possible outcomes. Public higher education is adopting the new methods, ideas, and techniques for their students to make them able competent for the future challenges.
The United States always provided huge resources and wealth towards the higher education system which increased with the passage of time. In the past decades, the overall funding for the higher education increased in the forms of grants and subsidies (The Economics of Higher Education, 2017).

It is showing the probability that in the future; the demand for the university graduates will be increased significantly, not only in the developed nations but also in the developing nations as well. The level and number of graduates are increasing, but still, it needs more boost which will be beneficial for the country in the future. In the year of 2010, the total number of students which were enrolled at the institutions and universities was increased from 13 million in 1987 to over 21 million currently (The Economics of Higher Education, 2017). In the future, this level with being increased more frequently due to the latest modern requirements of the country, organizations as well as the international markets. The demand for the university graduates will increase in the future, and the countries which are not focusing on the education level will probably start investing in it due to the popularity and requirement. Shortly, countries will invest more in the education level to increase their economic growth and development and also for its sustainability. The education level and requirement will highly increase in the future due to certain requirements of the current world economy.
