The restaurant and food industry is too prevalent in the countries. People love to go out and spend quality time with their loved ones. There are different industries of food and restaurants like fast food shops, outlets, food stalls in malls and whatnot. One of the attractive things in the food industry is the truck restaurant, which is based on a moveable truck. This is one of the concepts which is very innovative and can get much attraction if its expansion can be focused towards the international countries. This particular study will focus on the launch of MOVING SPICE trucks in the food industry. MOVING SPICE would be more attractive as the primary mission of MOVING SPICE is towards the urban experience of food that provides people a delicious food in those environments that they love. The idea behind the MOVING SPICE is that the real ingredients have better taste and satisfaction. They focus on bonding people together to enjoy their life after getting disconnected from their normal day-to-day routine. Their truck had long lines along with the attraction of large crowds wherever it appeared. Their one truck is permanently parked towards the Beach, and besides this, the MOVING SPICE trucks have expanded in different areas and locations where people can hang out and spend time with their loved ones; they can enjoy their lifestyle with the food from MOVING SPICE and the fantastic environment that is full of music, fresh air, and relaxing surroundings.

The launch of MOVING SPICE has been done in different areas that are situated in the U.K. They are focusing on spreading the lifestyle movement that can give a social experience. So MOVING SPICE would become one of U.K’s most attractive dining spots, with its simple and beautiful decor and the most delicious mini burgers. MOVING SPICE would be famous as a moving food truck, but because of the increasing demand.

The primary focus of MOVING SPICE is the creation of a different kind of food industry, so my attention is towards the production of the truck that serves the food on the streets, which is not very common, and this can become their competitive advantage for entering into the new market of food.

We are providing fresh homemade street food that is based on the modern concept and innovation that restaurants can be situated on the street, too. The truck concept is the main innovation on which we have focused. To create value for the food, we are trying to offer the best environment to them that can add value to their meal. The atmosphere is based on the provision of relaxing music, suitable and comfortable surroundings and the other necessities that are required by the food lovers.

To enter a new business or if an industry is trying to come in a new geographical area. An environmental analysis is necessary as it helps the organization to understand and analyze the environment and its condition that how are the requirements that need the products. The tradition of food in U.K is very famous as everyone loves to eat food outside their homes. They love to hang out with their friends and gather. The culture of the U.K. is related to the food industry in that they are a food addict. Their habit towards the food industry is that once or twice a week, they go outside to eat a morsel of food from any of the restaurants or hotels. They mostly love to eat fast food. Food lovers like to try new products, whether they are from the international or even the national.

MOVING SPICE trucks would be getting much attention from the people of the U.K., so they can capture a good market that can provide value to the people.
