the efficient models in working setups to promote efficiency and well-being

An organization is a collection of individuals or a group of people, working under appropriate management to achieve the set targets and objectives. Also, it is an arena of interaction between the top managers, employees, and clients. Different types of organizations exist depending on the nature of the value attached and the services they provide. For instance, some firms offer social services such as public health, environmental hygiene and financial support through a loans to communities across the states. A typical example of organizations that provide social services includes the National Association of Social Workers, which aims to protect the sound and standard policies of all social workers across the globe. In conjunction, scholars have developed advanced models and theories for managing issues across various organizations. Therefore, this paper explores the relevant efficient models in working setups, institutional ethics, goals, and social service and how they promote efficiency and well-being of the clients, workers, and organizations at large (Crewe, 2016).

Some of the best theories on ensuring and protecting against institutional and or structural racism impediments from either the employees or clients are the Institutional Perspective and Human Relation Theories. These models outline ethical values to which the individuals running an organization must adhere without causing harm to their counterparts’ workers and the consumers at large. For instance, regarding service delivery, the theory stipulates that all clients, regardless of their race, nationality or even colour need equal treatment. On the other hand, the approach discourages institutional racism, especially in employment, where individuals secure job opportunities by their race (Wormer, 2017).

Moreover, social workers working in different social Agencies may induce oppression of their clients and other community members in a couple of ways. Some of these ways include but are not limited to discrimination, racism, nepotism, and neglect in the course of serving societies. For instance, through racism, a social worker will tend to withhold beneficial services such as food and health facilities, from needy persons which may cause tension between the two parties (Estrin, 2014).

Some of the mechanisms to curb issues relating to racism among the staff or employees and their clients include incorporating individuals from different parts of the state or country into an organization. Also, individual workers found violating goals and ethical values protecting the client must face the law via heavy penalties or complete suspension from the duty of service. To encourage clients to report cases of discrimination whenever they are racially treated. For example, in Texas, U.S. Black individuals, demonstrated against the killing of the two white policemen, as the news claimed the blacks were the culprits of the incident. Supported by the Contingency theory, all institutions ought to consider all aspects of their clients such as socio-economic, political, technical and legal frameworks among other factors for optimum service delivery. Thus, different working environments demand various techniques for managing the end users (Crewe, 2016).

However, the concept of the so-called ‘Welfare Queen’ in the field of social services is not worth establishing at all. The idea deteriorates merely the conditions of the Americans whose taxes instead of helping them, only benefit a few individuals. Also, the aspect of the welfare queen is a reflection of stereotypes of various parameters such as race, class and gender differences especially among the African-Americans in the States. The most aggravating factor of this mechanism is that it ruins the inhabitants’ lives and thus cannot have support from citizens (Estrin, 2014).
