Short Course in Outdoor Training in Physical Education

This course is launched for both the physical education professionals, and the fresh candidates which will assist them to pursue their career in fitness, health, and adventure activities. We are professional trainers and we trained hundreds of trainers executing their jobs in schools, fitness clubs, and sports clubs.

This course is designed for both male and female candidates from age 18 to 45 years. The total duration of this course is 12 weeks, and 4 days a week from Monday to Thursday. There are 4 subjects including nutrition and diet, Sporting injuries, sports psychology, and legal & illegal ergogenic aids. There will be 3 hours of classes and 2-hour of physical exercise. There will be a one-time meal, juice, and other specialized food. There will be a 30-minute break, and the training will include a series of competitions and different gaming. The physical exercise will be a modified person to person. Our trainers will help the candidates to boost your energy, burn extra fats, and strengthen your muscles. Its timing will start from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

To avoid injury you are strictly advised to visit your personal trainer and strictly follow the rules. In case of your negligence, the trainer will not be responsible for any injury or damage. In case of higher heartbeat rate, you should inform your, trainer, immediately. We will make a dietary plan for each individual for three months plan. As we have the client Steve Rogers, who want to gain some weight within 12 weeks, and he is physically fit according to his resting heart rate, weight, and height, so our trainer will make a proper diet and exercise plan to boost his muscle size and make his body more attractive.

After taking this training program you will learn about strengthening of muscles, weight loss, weight gaining, boosting stamina and rules of different exercises. It will help a person to plan he or her diet, and to train other people both in fitness clubs or without fitness clubs. The focus of this course is to reduce injuries during exercise and to handle the injuries properly.
