It stands out that incompetency dramatically hurts organizations in different parts of the world. It is not right to employ based on corruption as well as connections. There is need to ensure that the employment is purely on merit and the human resource management must present core values that every applicant must adhere to qualify. For instance, there is a need for authenticity as well as honesty. Such elements make it possible to have a motivated team with everyone in mind to execute various roles within the organization.

Leader is not permanent in any organization. There is a need for a plan that makes it feasible to make the organization a going concern. In that respect, the succession plan should be fair. Ideally, the best succession plan gives equal opportunities for every member of the organization and fails to bank on previous performance or relationships. Pure merit makes it possible to understand the strengths and weaknesses of every stakeholder in the organization.

Stress currently affect employees in some ways. For instance, it makes it hard for the employees to strike a balance in their workplace and that makes it hard to eliminate conflict. The best training for the employees will be on stress management and mindfulness. That will encompass meditation retreats in the best locations. Thailand is such an excellent destination for the course. Even though the costs might be high, it is feasible since the positive impacts of such a move are numerous. The organization will manage to control conflicts, which stands out as the primary source of failure in various departments.

People can get comfortable working in individual departments. That can result in laziness, which indeed thwarts growth within the organization. Consistent reshuffling in various departments of the organization makes it possible promote interaction (Burke, 2017). That will help the stress management and mindfulness retreat. Customers will feel secure, and that plays a significant role in building the reputation of the organization. Most organizations in the contemporary society fail since they never strive a balance between the market demands and what they are capable of producing at any given instance. Competition is currently stiff and every organization should devise the best approach of remaining relevant in every space. Such moves should also include customer demands and the internal dynamics within the organization.
