Fetishism is one of the varieties of Noncoercive Paraphilias. It is sexual behavior in which an individual obtains sexual pleasure primarily or exclusively from one specific part of a body (Crooks & Baur, 2017). Being a counselor, the first and foremost difficulty would be uncomfortability. Fetish does not necessarily ask for treatment until the people around them get ambiguous or uncomfortability. The first thing counselor will do is look inside the core of the fetish client. What kind of pleasure does he have from fetishism and then will try to change his perspective towards specific parts of a body? Reconditioning the fetish to enjoy other sexual objects along with behavioral modification and aversion therapy will help to reduce the effects of fetish.
Zoophilia is another sexual behavior in which humans do sexual activities with animals. If this type of person is a client of my business (Killermann, 2017). Uncomfortability will be the first challenge a counselor would face. Another problem for a counselor would be having conversations with this type of client, the sound he or she would make will cause comfortability in talking to him or her. Being a counselor I would try to look inside the client to find out what made him a zoophile, most of the time people who engage in these behaviors are often those who did not find an opposite-sex partner or have a childhood abuse memory. It is possible if the client finds out a suitable partner he or she will not do such things again with animals.

Sexuality is one mandatory feature of human life and comes with many considerations. It is evident that there is the existence of many dimensions of sexuality that can be explored. Sexual intelligence is one crucial aspect related to the broader concept of sexuality. It provides necessary assistance to individuals with different sexual skills which helps them to adopt effective sexual behaviors and practices. It also provides necessary indications about the attainment of necessary sexual knowledge which helps to address different sexual issues or concerns which are faced by humans in their daily lives. The focus is to discuss the feature of human sexuality, in particular, its form of sexual behaviors in the case of an adolescent statistics indicate that the adolescent was immensely facing the issue of sexual behaviors which leads to adverse psychological implications in the case of adults. Health issues are one major concern that exists in the case of human sexuality. There are some research studies that reveal inappropriate forms of sexual behaviors in individuals which can be the reason for different chronic health issues.
The prospect of sexual intelligence is the key to effectively dealing with the problems related to the risks in case of sexual behavior. The effective paradigm of counseling ultimately helps to identify problems and areas of change that are necessary to assist the youth of society. An innovative behavioral intervention can be the one feasible solution to address the issues related to the concept of human sexuality. It considers all the stakeholders to efficiently approach the different concerns which might appear in the case of sexual behaviors.
