Abstract
The research is mainly on how the technology has been implemented in the field of healthcare and nursing. The study is based on the fact that technology has become a global concern in most of operational institutes and the modernization of society. Nurses have encountered the everyday way of applying technological communication strategies. In this research, it has been evident that nurses have increased their level of performance on the basis that they have been able to include technology in the way they operate. This research has used PubMed data sets as the qualitative research method for analysis of the technology impacts on its usage in healthcare and nursing programs. It has been hypothesized that application of the modern forms of technology in the field of healthcare nursing has affected the profession of the nurses and competence level in the operational practices positively as well improving the role of the nurses in their job. The research has applied online journals and HCA to collect the findings based on the challenges that could arise in the same process of modernization of the healthcare and nursing field by the implementation of the technology. The results which have emerged in the same process is that most of nursing and healthcare are adapting the application of technology in their daily operations. In this matter, the significant finding in this is the fact that the modern way of technology in the field of nursing is just in an infancy development stage and they need more of attention for the well-established. There are much of contributing factors in this case to the development of the same such as the operational cost and the challenges that could be facing the nursing staff as well as the first adaptation of the whole process.
Introduction
It is an essential factor in the application of modern operation technology in the field of nursing for the advancement of how the process of treatment will be carried out. In this research, much of the information based on the information communication ways in the technological system is adapted in this field for better services of the nurses. The documentation of the nurses requires much of the communication system which is very useful for better provision of services. There have been some challenges found as the research is carried out on the same. There high need for educational skills in the operation of the implemented ways in modern technology based on the fact that most doctors are not in the ability to cater to the new means through which the operations are carried out. The use of technology and modern devices has triggered the need for such significant educational system change out because most of the nurses have no knowledge of how the appliances used operates and therefore there is a great need for skills.
Literature review
In this research, many of the articles and information have been focused on over five years. Through the analysis, it has been found the implementation of the modern operating system is just new in this sector of health and nursing. In fact, it is only less than five years project of introduction, and therefore it needs more of attention and more from the users of the same technology. The resource used in this study has been found to be much relevant in the reflection of the topic of research. Based on the information found in the articles read it has been established that the application of the knowledge has made the nurse in a position to has the patient records and have a way o retrieving any relevant information which could be needed for the operational activities in data cases. In this study, it has established that most of the nurses who give the direct provision of health care need much assistance which can be done through teaching them and applying technology in their operational paths.
Ethical consideration
In the process of contacting the study, there was some ethics that were put under review based on the fact different jobs have some ethics which are followed without limit, and there is no way one can come out those ethics. The implementation of the technology in nursing has been investigated so that the ethics of operation are not interfered with by the new invention practices. The networking processes have been limited, and the introduction of computers has been highly monitored to make sure that nurses only focus on the methods which are very relevant to their way of working. The cases concerning the internet have been put into high consideration and found that there are limitations through which sites the nurses and computer operators can access on the internet since in not secured which can affect the operation negatively in the organizations.
Conceptual framework
In this field of nursing, there has been some conception framework. In past times, there are much of developments which are the just prior field of medicine and application of the sense of nursing classics. Through the conceptual forms, the benefits of the technology are found to be paramount in most ways. But there are some disadvantages to be considered in this case such as designing of the lousy technology which will not include the ergonomic or even the human factors in operation. The operation of the technology will affect the environment of the patients. The technological practices may interfere or also trigger inadequate ways of action.
Operational terms
Some operational terms in the study helped so much in conducting the research. Some conditions such as information intensive system care is one of the times which gives the analysis a corners support based on the fact that thoracic operations and surgery affects more of the nursing activities since its just such complex operation and require a high level of skills to make sure that precisely exertion will increase the level of productivity.
Research design
This is the case study type of research since it involves much of the formal way of research. There are some conflicts which in other case is categorized as challenges in the study by the fact that some information was biased and the time frame was very challenging to determine. The research was carried out by the nursing organization to get correct data on what is needed attention in this field of nursing.
Population sample
In this research, the population sample was just an evaluation of different information on the application of the technology on the basis is of improving the operational processes taking place in nursing and healthcare. The information which was collected in these articles was functional analysis for the final randomization. The reviews given in the reports based on the different sections of the implementation of technology in this field are put into a high level of conservation as well.
The data collection method used
In this research, the survey was the core method used in the collection of data. In data collection, it is discovered through the research that there is much of risk regarding adverse issues such as dosage errors infections within the hospital, and delays in diagnosis of the diseases when technology is not used. Follow-ups in the research show that 57% of the devices used in nursing have great adverse such as 17% of catheters. The use of technology has solved the challenges which have encountered in catheter section.
Conclusion
The research has connected the online diary and HCA to collect the discoveries given the difficulties that could emerge in a similar procedure of modernization of the social insurance and nursing field by the usage of the innovation. The findings which have developed in the same process are that the majority of the nursing and human services are adjusting the utilization of the change in their everyday activities. In this issue, the real finding in this is the way that cutting-edge method for innovation in the field of nursing merely is in the early stages of improvement stage and they require a more significant amount of consideration for a good foundation. There is a substantial part of the contributing components for this situation to the advancement of an indistinguishable such from the operational cost and the difficulties that could be confronting the nursing staff and additionally the underlying adjustment of the entire procedure.
Future research
In the section of the theatre, there is much research needed in the future and the necessary tools for implementation. This section is susceptible and needs much attention regarding the way it operates and the way it will be impacted by the research. This research will be more secure such that it will just be redone in the future to cover the sections which were not included in the first part of the study. It will enhance many of the skills concerning the different sections of healthcare and nursing.
