The type of business that im going to start is the manufacturing of fresh bakery items. These items include the fresh production of bread, rusk items, oven baked buns, cakes, crossiants, and freshly baked cookies. Production of fresh items is a diverse subject which includes detail and quality assurance. I have selected this business because I have previously worked for a retail bakery store and I have the prior experience for it. People always tend to move towards the fresh quality product, and in this world it is the basic need of every customer (Schaper et al., 2014). For the purpose of this business, the store will first be opened in the downtowns of New York. This location is selected because there is a lot of public in New York and for the good flow of a business, it is important to have a good place where the public is more (Schaper et al., 2014). It lets the business get more attraction from the customers, even though they don’t want to buy it. Placing a store/shop in the heart of New York, will let the business grow more rapidly.
This business will start of as a bakery shop, which will produce all type of fresh baked products. Our priority products will be bread and cakes. The mission of our company will be to provide the best quality of products to the customers in terms of freshness and product quality. For the start of this business, we would like to have an appropriate fund raised by the Small Business Administration which will help us in opening of the our business. It will be benefical to enter the market if there is an appropriate fund provided by Small Business Administration. There is a lot of future in this business, as people always want fresh and healthy food, which is our first priority today and it will be tomorrow.
