Comparing the services and multiple resources provided by the state health department poses impeccable benefits to my career as a health care manager. The primary reason of such benefits is the diversity of comparison concerning health services to several states like Arizona, California, New York and Lowa. Meanwhile, such resources make me informed and updated about response strategies and various regulations related to COVID-19. I may plan about valuable practice initiatives by taking access to the concrete guidance from DOHs of other states. In addition, such a comprehensive knowledge may improve my decision-making and its implementation for efficient health services to the general public. Similarly, by comparing the service with other states, I may find any gap and try to rectify the same with zeal and zest. Another aspect is networking and collaborative option with the professionals of other states for better health services. Such an engagement may update me about the advance techniques and trends in the healthcare sector in compliance procedures.
Simultaneously, regarding facilities in medical field and awareness of consumers, such resources may play instrumental and crucial role. It is worth mentioning that all state DOHs publish material related to their policies, guidelines and regulatory are updated on regular basis. In this way, the medical facilities ensure to meet the standardized maintenance and high leveled patient care. On the same hand, state DOHs keep the general public aware about health issues, preventive measures, and general health services. Such dissemination of updated and relevant information through various websites, social media apps, and channels ensure the well-being of consumer slots. Further, these state DOHs provide connection opportunities to enhance effective healthcare services in alliance with advance access to the consumers (Wang et al., 2021). In other words, medical facilities enhance respective compliance with the optimum standards for efficient healthcare services for the consumer community.
