This article analyses spiritual organizational skills that are needed in an organization. Therefore if there is a good relationship between spiritual and leadership behavior in an organization it influences employer/employees behavior at their various workplace. Before then the focus changed greatly so the differences were to be expanded that are there between religion and spirituality .So the paper focuses on the effects of spirituality .It has got to deal with the values and the of emotions and values of determining a leader who is successful (Della Corte). Also the paper emphasizes on the qualities based on the ability of leader using proper management whose main aim is to highlight the importance of sharing values so as to help in leading employees.

This paper analyses the transformational leadership that can lead to the commitment of employees in an organization. The authors Rusliza Yahiya, Professor at Sultan Idris University of Education argued that one to succeed but have organizational commitment at work .This because they have a positive impact of employee’s .They introduce their work under three levels that is laissez-faire, transactional, and transformational. Laissez-faire it is used to describe whereby a leader avoids making decisions and does not the disrespect the problems that occur (Yahiya).Therefore they say that a leader who uses this level is good at group affairs .Also transactional leadership s whereby a person is connected with others with the idea of getting something important. Transactional leaders tend t use the act of negotiation so as to sway employee’s .Also transformational leadership requires the leaders to inspire leaders and followers to get a higher level of motivation. Leaders with this value tend to inspire the commitment of an organization.

This paper analyses project management in organizations .This helps to utilize several amenities. The project management is supposed to be the overall crown of the company and has the main work of the project and the team project ensures the plan ends in a successful way. Leadership styles are very important in supervising project .They include team building, self-confidence and being open helps the project to be a success .A project also can be successful if things are done on time. Leaders are they key roles in building teams that are effective and by doing this it improve the framework of employees this helps them to be focused. Team building should be embraced in an organization so as to bring a positive impact in a project .By doing that a project can be successful.

Lack of transparency in any workplace brings down an organization. An organization to be successful a leader is supposed to be transparent and be fair by that the atmosphere will be good for the employees to work (Saleem). The fair exchange between leaders and employees in an organization the level of politics will reduce which will influence the organization in a positive way .The employees will be unhappy if they find out that the mode of ranking or upgrading to be unfair .But if it’s fair employees will be committed and perform in their work.
