Your entire ministry created an enabling environment for professional experience in my field, which made a positive contribution to the development of my future career.

First and foremost, I appreciate your commitment to coaching and mentoring me in the development of my thesis and the research methods that I employed during my internship. I learned the art of excellent mentorship and inspiration for you and your support staff. They created a bond and initiated contact between us and our target people in the research that facilitated the smooth acquisition of relevant knowledge and skills in the establishment of rapport and provision of an enabling environment for free interactive communication with clients, which is highly appreciated.

Through the various interactive sessions and problem-solving teamwork sessions that we went through, I was able to acquire some skills vital for my fields, such as communication and interpersonal skills. Our leadership and teamwork abilities were also greatly improved through the group mission activities towards counseling sessions that you organized for us; we were able to learn the art of critical thinking, abstract reasoning, and careful analysis before addressing a problem, which we highly appreciate. Of much significance is also your close involvement in the research and interpersonal evaluation that you employed on us, discussing our weaknesses individually and in a motivating manner.

We highly appreciate Hampton Roads Dream High organization for their significant role in development through enhancing children’s success and the considerable investment in social welfare and giving back to society. Through activities we took with them, we learned the importance of social work, academic writing, and record-keeping, not forgetting communication skills and mentorship of the youth to achieve their highest potential.
