Re: Donation Department of Chicago Charity Home for Children, Employee Identification Number 00-54328

Dear Mr. Johnstone:

On behalf of the Chicago Charity Home for the Needy community, I wish to express my sincere gratitude for your charitable donation of $500 on 20 February 2018. We highly appreciate that as a charity home community.

Thanksgiving is a moment of celebration and joy. It is also a moment of reflection. As the celebration holiday approaches, it is a moment to reflect with great appreciation on the bounty and blessings that you have shown. As you progress with your holiday, plan and reflect on what you have to be thankful for. It is good that you have also remembered those less fortunate, and we see that you can assist those in need.

At the Chicago Charity Home Needy, we are committed to giving or providing assistance to needy individuals and families in our society. We do not operate on holidays but provide assistance throughout the year. Many individuals are seeking assistance with food, clothing, shelter, medical care, education, and others in our charity home. However, the problem we face is that our resources are limited. We normally depend on the wellness and genericity of the donors to continue to provide our service to these people in society. Therefore, your contribution has made a greater impact on our community and society as a whole. That is good.

I am also writing to inform you to consider making a tax-deductible donation to support the work of Chicago Charity Home for Needy as the donation for charity. We believe in the organization that no donation is small; we always appreciate any amount God has put in your pocket to support us. We also accept any material things that you feel can make a change in another person. You can continue contributing to our charity home through our website, www.chicagocharityhomeforneedy.com, or you can contact us at 02345675421, which operates 24/7. We normally accept donor checks that can be sent to our address 1236-001 Chicago.

In addition, I would like to inform you about the policies that are followed when making a donation based on the IRS website.

If the donor claims that the deduction on his return of over $500 for the contributed property, it is mandatory that the donor attach Form 8283 (PDF), which shows Noncash Charitable Contributions, to the return.

If the donor claims the total deduction of $5,000 or less for all contributed property, the donor needs to complete only Section A of Form 8283.

Suppose the donor claims the deduction of more than $5,000 for the item or a group of similar items. In that case, the donor generally should be needed to complete Section B of Form 8283, which requires a typically qualified appraiser to appraise the vehicle and its value.

The donor will need to keep records of the donation and substantiate the car’s current fair market value. The charity will need to provide written acknowledgment (the description of the car and whether it provided goods or services in exchange, involving their value) if the donor is claiming the deduction of $250 or more funds for the car.

Therefore, all funds or items received in the charity home will directly support needy people and their families in society. Hence, the best way to celebrate is to make your neighbor or friend feel happy. Thus, helping the needy individual is an important decision for the growth of society as a whole.

Thank you.

Yours faithful
