Undoubtedly, everyone’s past has a mixture of good and unhappy experiences in its lap, either relating to educational institutes or workplaces. Similarly, I have a bitter experience of an unhappy situation at my previous workstation. Instead of industrious contributions, I experienced a lack of appreciation and recognition. The unnotic and unrewarding attitude of respective authorities, even putting a lot of effort beyond my job role, looked very panicky and uncomfortable.
