Abstract
The research mainly focuses on how technology has been implemented in the field of healthcare and nursing. The study is based on the fact that technology has become a global concern in most operational institutes and the modernization of society. Nurses have encountered the everyday application of technological communication strategies. In this research, it has been evident that nurses have increased their level of performance on the basis that they have been able to include technology in the way they operate.
This research has used PubMed data sets as the qualitative research method for analysis of the impact of technology on its usage in healthcare and nursing programs. It has been hypothesized that the application of modern forms of technology in the field of healthcare nursing has positively affected the profession of nurses and competence level in operational practices, as well as improved the role of nurses in their jobs. The research has applied online journals and HCA to collect the findings based on the challenges that could arise in the same process of modernization of the healthcare and nursing field by the implementation of the technology. The results that have emerged from the same process are that most nurses and healthcare professionals are adapting the application of technology in their daily operations. In this matter, the significant finding is that modern technology in the field of nursing is just in the infancy development stage, and it needs more attention from the well-established. There are many contributing factors in this case to the development of the same, such as the operational cost and the challenges that could be facing the nursing staff as well as the first adaptation of the whole process.
Introduction
It is an essential factor in the application of modern operation technology in the field of nursing to advance the process of treatment. In this research, much of the information based on the information communication ways in the technological system is adapted in this field for better services of the nurses. The documentation of the nurses requires much of the communication system, which is very useful for the provision of services. Some challenges have been found as the research is carried out. There is a high need for educational skills in the operation of the implemented ways in modern technology based on the fact that most doctors are not able to cater to the new means through which the operations are carried out. The use of technology and modern devices has triggered the need for such a significant educational system change because most nurses have no knowledge of how the appliances used operate, and therefore, there is a great need for skills.
Literature review
In this research, many of the articles and information have been focused on over five years. Through the analysis, it has been found that the implementation of the modern operating system is new in this sector of health and nursing. In fact, it is only less than five years old, and therefore, it needs more attention from users of the same technology. The resource used in this study has been found to be very relevant in reflecting on the topic of research. Based on the information found in the articles read, it has been established that the application of the knowledge has put the nurse in a position to have the patient records and have a way of retrieving any relevant information that could be needed for the operational activities in data cases. This study has established that most of the nurses who provide direct health care need much assistance, which can be done by teaching them and applying technology in their operational paths.
Ethical consideration
In the process of conducting the study, there were some ethics that were put under review based on the fact different jobs have some ethics that are followed without limit, and there is no way one can come out those ethics. The implementation of the technology in nursing has been investigated so that the ethics of operation are not interfered with by the new invention practices. The networking processes have been limited, and the introduction of computers has been highly monitored to make sure that nurses only focus on methods that are very relevant to their way of working. The cases concerning the Internet have been taken into high consideration, and it was found that there are limitations to the sites the nurses and computer operators can access on the Internet since they are not secured, which can affect the operation negatively in the organizations.
Conceptual framework
In this field of nursing, there has been some conception framework. In past times, there have been many developments, which are the just prior field of medicine and the application of the sense of nursing classics. Through the conceptual forms, the benefits of the technology are found to be paramount in most ways. However, there are some disadvantages to consider in this case, such as designing lousy technology that will not include ergonomic or human factors in operation. The operation of the technology will affect the patients’ environment. Technological practices may interfere with or trigger inadequate ways of action.
Operational terms
Some operational terms in the study helped so much in conducting the research. Some conditions, such as information intensive system care is are of the times which give the analysis corner support based on the fact that thoracic operations and surgery affect more of the nursing activities since just such complex operations require a high level of skills to make sure that precisely exertion will increase the level of productivity.
Research design
This is the case study type of research since it involves much of the formal way of research. There are some conflicts which, in other cases, are categorized as challenges in the study by the fact that some information was biased and the time frame was very challenging to determine. The research was carried out by the nursing organization to get correct data on what needs attention in this field of nursing.
Population sample
In this research, the population sample was just an evaluation of different information on the application of the technology on the basis of improving the operational processes taking place in nursing and healthcare. The information which was collected in these articles was functional analysis for the final randomization. The reviews given in the reports based on the different sections of the implementation of technology in this field are put into a high level of conservation as well.
The data collection method used
In this research, the survey was the core method used in the collection of data. In data collection, it is discovered through the research that there is much risk regarding adverse issues such as dosage errors, infections within the hospital, and delays in the diagnosis of diseases when technology is not used. Follow-ups in the research show that 57% of the devices used in nursing have great adverse effects, such as 17% of catheters. The use of technology has solved the challenges encountered in the catheter section.
Conclusion
The research has connected the online diary and HCA to collect the discoveries given the difficulties that could emerge in a similar procedure of modernization of the social insurance and nursing field by the usage of the innovation. The findings that have developed in the same process are that the majority of the nursing and human services are adjusting the utilization of the change in their everyday activities. In this issue, the real finding is the way that cutting-edge methods for innovation in the field of nursing are in the early stages of improvement stage, and they require a more significant amount of consideration for a good foundation. There is a substantial part of the contributing components for this situation to the advancement of an indistinguishable, such as the operational cost and the difficulties that could be confronting the nursing staff, as well as the underlying adjustment of the entire procedure.
Future research
Much research is needed in the future, and the necessary tools for implementation are needed in the theatre section. This section is susceptible and needs much attention regarding how it operates and how the research will impact it. This research will be more secure, so it will just be redone in the future to cover the sections that were not included in the first part of the study. It will enhance many of the skills concerning the different sections of healthcare and nursing.
