In the 1st year of my university, I anticipated seeing Christians living as the salt and the light in our campus. I desired to see Christian’s interpretation their bible, evangelizing praying, and building a God imprint on our university campus. Though, I believed that I might only interconnect my dream if I was on a post of leadership. I concluded up longing afterward a decision-making position in my Christian communion and by the elegance of God I was not specified one.

`In the 2nd year of my university, I encountered with a friend who communicated about his wish for University evangelism. On the same day, one girl acknowledged Christ as her special Lord and Savior. My leadership model is the effect of the many involvements that I have had aiding in ministry. Leadership is all about the motivation of our self and other people. Great leadership is about mortal practices, not procedures. Appendix 2

Leadership has been an ever fluctuating perception for me. The people that I have faced while providing my services in a ministry have significantly prejudiced my description of leadership. I have realized my model on leadership progress as an outcome of their inspiration in my lifespan.

In my high school, my close friend John initiated a community outreach ministry, and my friend placed me to control the ministry to the displaced in the city. I was answerable for establishing and leading a sandwich runs, and my friend was responsible for the youth meeting that was apprehended at the closing of the school time. At that period of my leadership profession, I was the very mission, focused person. I finished the whole thing that was allocated to me and frequently went outside what was requested of me.
