Organizational Culture

This note indicates that a focal point, a culture of organization, values, climate and morality can be formed to avoid unethical practices, such as those stealing from an organization. Organizational culture focuses on four important points. It is about individual training in organizational learning, employee focus and diversity. We should ensure that employees have ample opportunities to improve their training and skills. When employees are talented, they contribute to a high productivity or organization. Individual training also provides organizational learning. It transfers the knowledge of the organization to a new level. This allows organizations to succeed. Employee needs center on any organization; When employees are happy, customers are also happy because they have priorities. Diversity allows people of different backgrounds to work together and use different skills to achieve the organization’s goals.

I am compelled to express concern about how we at (Company) handle issues related to integrity and financial theft from the organization.

As you know, it has been determined that if a workplace environment is such that employees are afraid to make complaints; this environment can contribute substantially to a viable retaliation claim. Additionally, now any employee who participates in an investigation is also protected from retaliation. Additionally, we have a responsibility to investigate complaints promptly, thoroughly, and soundly. Just as important, we have a legal responsibility to prevent any theft, and/or retaliation based on any category protected by our city, state, and federal laws.

I am concerned about how the recent situation with (employee’s name or complaint) is being handled. Unless I am unaware of additional information or documentation related to this matter, I recommend that we revisit this situation and seek technical EEO and Financial Theft Prevention assistance to ensure that we at (Company) have not made any errors in overlooking a case like that.

If we learn that any errors have been or are being made, I recommend that we remediate those as soon as possible. Moving forward, I recommend that we consider implementing a decision-making protocol that will include technical assistance consultation from no-cost government or SHRM resources to prevent errors in the future. Additionally, I recommend that all persons involved in the management complaint-receipt, investigations, or determinations attend formal training on integrity compliance issues. I will follow this memo up with a list of quality upcoming available training in our area or via webinar.

We share a collective responsibility to ensure (Company)’s compliance with laws and training requirements. I know we share a commitment to prevent liability exposure for (Company) as well as personal liability exposure.

Organizational culture and ethics can be effectively controlled by studying the best practices applied by top-level companies. Google ensures that the home is dominated by an organization similar to the environment in which employees work in a stress-free environment. Employees can even bring their pets to Google to work. In the office area there are sports halls, halls and cafes. The culture and ethics of the organization can be well controlled by the way they manage their corporate culture and moral values.
