The Poor Environment of North Korea

Letter

I want to say that on the media is telling that the most important issue is de-nuclearization, but before we talk about de-nuclearization, we should take care how North Korean people suffer from their poor environment and disadvantage from their irrational government decision. The North Korea and South Korean land have faced a great famine, shortage of all basic necessities of life after the 1960’s war. Although the natural disasters are a problem that all the world have faced and had overcome that issue very efficiently like Japan, Indian Ocean lands and many other parts of the world.

South Korea with the international help, have also built themselves very efficiently but in contrast the North Korea is still at the same point of problems they faced after the 1960’s war. The government of both the lands have different priorities. The North Korean government have developed the state with respect to the defense and showed inability of socializing towards the world in a positive way. The country didn’t focused on the people which caused highly inhuman practices in all over the country. It includes the unethical laws enforced in extremely inhuman way. The lack of government’s positive response on these issues have raised a number of social, political and economic problems all over the world. Here I am writing that we should realize that it is ignorance if we just accept issue without thinking why it happens and so what action can I take.

The famine, affluence and morality are the main problems, if they are raised, they must be handled quickly and wisely. The governments and the local authorities who shows inability to resolve these issues raises these issues at very peak levels for which the international world starts questioning and interfering over these situations. North Korea have not properly handled its lands for since half a century. Due to globalization, the real facts are shown which include the famine as one of the main problem. The country didn’t accepted or asked for any kind of help since a long period of time and instead of that it hide the truth from all over the country which resulted in disturbed life cycle and miserable environment for the people living over there. The economy of the country is disturbed and people are unable to even fulfill their basic requirements which includes the food, shelter, clothing, education and other necessities of life.

On the other side there are many other countries which are also facing serious problems including the African countries as well. The United Nations have reported that there are almost more than 233 million people who have been suffered from hunger and malnutrition/under nutrition issues. Poverty is a problem but it came after the lack of food. The population is grown so rapidly and the food growth was not considered as equally as it should be, which resulted in the great famines. There are almost more the 500 million people whose per day income is only $1.90 or even less. Erosion, desertification, deforestation, drought and the shortage of water are some serious and common issues which resulted the greater number of population suffered.

The international agencies and conferences have focused on the denuclearization of North Korea and the uncertainty of the safety of the world including Europe and USA because of North Korea. The world is suffering of a number of basic problems which should be discussed on the international level in which the most basic are the food shortage, basic health requirements and the other social issues.

According to me, these issues must be resolved on the priority and the other problems of the world would be left afterwards. The child labor is also one of the main issue in the cocoa farms, the food shortage in North Korea and African countries, as well as the lack of advanced medical care in all over the world.

I have an argument that these issues exist so just accept them rather than searching for how they arose and what caused them. Most of the associations only consider the causes and spend a lots of money on them which resulted in the lack of actions to resolve these issues. Currently only a few associations including the United Nations and some other non-government agencies.

There must be actions in resolving these issues in which the media campaigns and the fund raising associations should work more efficiently than before. It will help in eliminating the overall world’s problems very efficiently without any kind of delays.
