My story is based on the conflict among the five students including me. The conflict was noted among the group members those result to distraction. Due to this, we need to resolve the conflict to focus on the aim of achieving high performance and professional growth. Hence for the team formation and praising the team role development have been done by focusing Tuckman theory and Belbin’s team role theory respectively. The purpose of this reflection report is to reveal the importance of team working in contemporary health services. However, the Tuckman is and helpful and elegant explanation of the team development, it is based on the four different perspectives of storming, forming, norming, and performing (Farh, 2018). And the Belbins team model is a focus to use the talent if term members to perform the performance. It is due to the reason that a team must consist of a different role to achieve the performance (Ruch, 2018).
To complete the presentation, each one is asked to perform his duties, but no one is performing its duties in an effective manner. We are asked to make a presentation on the duties of nursing, but no one can decide on the content and theme of the presentation including me. There is a huge conflict exist among the team members. Therefore, the concern is to make use of the giving theories to identify the value of the team performance and collaborative thinking.
My thoughts regarding the experience were disappointing at that time because I want to lead the team effan actively but the point of conflict and mismanagement causes the great disturbance. I was really worried about the performance of the group, and my core focus is on the group formation to achieve some potential results.
In this stage, it has been evaluated that things must go in a different direction we need to focus on the proper timeline and allocate the proper task to everyone to lead the results. For, this concern, a leader must emphasize on the team orientation because the team is working leads to the better work performance.
In this section, an analysis has been done on the situation from the perspective of encouraging team working and development. It has been observed that to achieve the high performing results it is essential to focus on the team coordination, and this could happen by proper communication.
It is concluded that strong interpersonal communication is highly needed to appreciate the team working and team development. Working as a team leads to the big success and achievements.
An action plan is a counter strategy to keep out from the issue. We people are concern about are professional growth we found that such types of conflicts and behaviors would not be acceptable in a professional world (Batten, 2018). Therefore, we have decided to go to attend different seminars and work shop or team working and development.
To conclude that the team is working and group communion is essential to achieve success in the professional world. So people must appreciate team working and team development to minimize the conflict and achieve the maximum output.
