Shaika Kitchen, restaurant aiming at providing original Kuwait traditional meals to the interested people. We are committed to customers who are addicted to the traditional Kuwait foods.

Background, Established in 2009, as a small business.

  • We stay real and inherit the recipes of Kuwait traditional food without changing the components. We add special species to the food which in turn gives our meals tastes and flavors.
  • We are known of our best meals e.g. Chicken majibos
  • We work to maintain our standards, now looking into developing ways of presentation, packaging system and delivery issues.

Target market and globalization

  • Our target market is segmenting group of people who enjoys Kuwait food. We provide them with non-complicated traditional foods rare to find.
  • We are committed to opening branches globally where Kuwait traditional food is prepared. We expect our profits to grow by striving to increase the number of customers, improve client’s relationships and build traditional awareness linked to our products.

Networking and Delivery

  • We use social networks which include integral, Facebook, telephone orders and what’s app messages to remote our meals, through sharing pictures.
  • We offer meals at fair prices and offer Discounts to heavy orders. We advise our customers to send their requests one day before delivery.

Problem and solution

Restaurants have emerged in provision of Kuwait traditional food which though not original due to added ingredients. As a result, we strictly follow the traditional recipe by not changing its components, nor adding extra ingredients that would change the taste so as to fulfill consumer’s needs.

  • Increasing or maintaining market share of current foods by applying tactics like fair pricing, advertisements and sales promotion.
  • Identify and Follow approaches that will grow the business and finally, stay at convincing customers to buy more.
