Subject: Feedback on Resort Facilities After 4 Days Stay
Dear representative,
The Raleigh Beach Resort is no doubt a good place to spend the vacation with your friends and family very close to nature. Therefore, I along with my family members, who have spent about four days at your resort last week, really appreciate the clean and comfortable environment that you have maintained at your resort.
However, I can’t prevent myself from mentioning that throughout our stay, the swimming pool which is the one reason why I chose Raleigh Beach Resort, was closed due to some mechanical issues which I really do not understand can take so long to fix them. Even when I complained to the staff about this issue, they did not provide any satisfactory answer.
Therefore, I think that the cost of $370 including tax per night is not justified by any means when one of the primary facilities of the pool is not provided at all. Considering this fact, I demand that my final bill should be adjusted accordingly in the form of a partial refund as being living in California, I do not have any plan to visit the resort any soon to accept a coupon for a discounted future stay.
