Introduction
The postmodern era or the age of information comprises of the revolution from the traditional lifestyle to the technological career base life. The education of the individual is shifted from the manual way of learning to the digital technology. People influenced by the knowledge base society, which is incorporated into the high technological economy. In such a competitive and advance community, a student needs to plan his/her career in such a way that it can meet the fundamental requirement of the rapidly changing environment. In this regard becoming a biomedical engineer demands highly skilled and quick minded individual. It is because tackling patient disease by using the mechanical methodologies is not an easy job. For the career, these people require mathematical, analytical, and mechanical and science-based knowledge. Those individuals with conventional programs of engineering can have the opportunity to pursue their career in the field of biomedical engineering.
Discussion
Becoming the biomedical engineer is a dream I am associated with many years. I choose this field to help those patients visiting the hospital but cannot get the acute attention of the doctors. In the same way, expensive medication and related fee became the burden on these ill health people. Similarly, providing these patient’s quick and comprehensive reports of their concerned diseases within less high amount is a challenge to which mostly staff does not care about. These complicated and tense sufferings of people compel me to opt for the engineering associated with medical science (Biomedical Engineers, 2018). It will also help me apply the technological instruments and could provide reliable results. With the advancement in technologies and rapidly evolving environment of the modern era has also placed specific complication for students to go for which career in their life. Before the modernity people had the numerous choices to go and became so and so in their life. However, most of the people do not know how to use technology instruments, how they can choose their career in such a sophisticated and speedy environment. Jobs are disappearing for those who are thinking traditionally.
It is a high time to adopt specific technical skills along with the understanding of selling, marketing, communicating, collaboration, innovation and professional education. Educating of instruments used in the daily life cycle and the organizations also became necessary for everyone to learn. These are the high factors affecting the career of every person living in the postmodern community. Educational sector has also need transformation from the traditional style of spreading knowledge to technical base learning. In the high school, learning student must have biology, chemistry, and physics as subjects of science. By taking biological science courses at the college level of study one can efficiently, fulfill his/her goal of becoming the biomedical engineer. The curriculum, which is rich in math and computer science courses, will further help an individual to fulfill the desired dream (Economic News Releases, 2018). Research in the institutes, which are offering courses of bachelor in biomedical science, will also provide the pathway for the professional career in the said subject. An individual must specialize in medical and dental school connected with the study of the engineering and sciences. The necessary program, which a person must learn, are the classroom and laboratory courses, biomaterials, circuit design, programming in the computer, reliable and the fluid mechanics.
Along with these courses and specialization, it is necessary to know physiology, related biological sciences. The classes of mathematics like, algebra, calculus, trigonometry, and geometry are also essential for becoming the biomedical engineer. Drafting courses and in computer programming learning of the mechanical drawing are helpful. Internships in the accredited programs and organization will further enhance the knowledge of individual seeking career in the field of engineering. There is the particular substantial program of the training in the engineering design, which is again essential for those having the dream of biomedical science. The field of biomedical engineering has greater responsibility through experience and related research. With the passage of time, those people associated with the said program can become the medical scientist.

Concluding the discussion on the issue of career goals of the individual in the high technological atmosphere it is pertinent to acknowledge that changes are part of everyone’s life. The more important things are how we can adopt and pursue our career according to the prevailing circumstances overwhelming the society. Nothing is impossible if an individual the commits his/her field of interest like that of the one who wanted to become a biomedical engineer.
