Purpose: The purpose of the study is to address the informational gap around the employer commitment with the postgraduate taught provision. Such that the extent to which universities are communicating with the employer. Also, the value that the employer may place on postgraduate taught

Data Collection: Interviews and quantitative data collection techniques

Data Analysis: Interview analysis were used. The analysis of data included examining HESA destinations from higher education.

Key Findings: Institutions should prioritize, an employer should prioritize to decrease the informational gap between employer and postgraduate taught.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the purpose of engineering education and to find the meaning of the spiritual potential.

Participants: Population was chosen consisting of senior lectures from faculty of different departments

Key Findings: The findings showed that most of the people have more than one view about the purpose of technical and engineering education.
