A two-day Sketching Program for Pixar Employees
Pixar University is responsible for updated and skillful training of Pixar employees to meet the new challenges with time. The present two-day sketching program is designed to accomplish the said purpose. The whole program comprises of two days, having four sessions with reasonable breaks and refreshment. The proposed program is as under:
Session 1 of the program will go with the introduction and purpose of sketching especially, relating to animation and videos. The needed assessment and learning objectives will be emphasized with the collaboration of multiple learning styles. The next step is identifying specific sites and parts of animation where sketching is required with multiple levels. The base, in this regard, depends on the delivery mood of the product.
After completion of the first session, the participants will be allowed a short break.
The second session of the first day will be started by introducing multiple software programs regarding designing and sketching. The intensive practice of the list of useful and suitable software programs is there with product suitability. The selection of these programs is particularly product-based, and necessary tools will be taught to participants. The main focus will be on creative designing and new ideas of sketching,
The training in session three will focus on product-oriented designing and budgetary details, quality assurance concerning available budgeting, and time management. The practice will be done on a step-by-step process based on provided samples to the participants. The tasks will have to be accomplished within a given time framework according to training handbooks.
After completion of the third session, a short break will be followed.
Session four will comprise two parts; the first part will be a question-answer session regarding confusion, ambiguities, and clarification of the employees under training. The final round will be the evaluation process according to set criteria in the training manual.
