In my personal opinion, I do not believe that this claim that human beings only use 10% of their brain is valid because of the existing data from tests and methods such as neuroimaging and neuropsychological tests, which show that the 10% brain myth is false. I also believe that we use all parts of our brain and that all regions of our brain are involved in different functions categorically assigned to them. Thus, the claim of 10% of brain usage is a myth with no scientific or statistical evidence.
