You can opt for spices or local cookies .Salesmen always allow you try one or another. Whenever you pass by the butchers street and the fish hall its never quiete as the avenues. Mostly eat at the Moubarakiyya genuine, delicious and cheap food .
House of Mirrors
The house is owned by Mrs Lidia al-Qattan that explains the inspiration and the history of the house
Lidia is an Italian artist whose late Kuwaiti husband turned their residence into museum surrounded by mirrors.The entire house was covered by mirrors which made it to be more attractive .
Lidia also prepares home-made cookies tea and she has good conversation!
